About Christine

Do you find that anxiety is taking control of your life? Are you pulling away from those you love or struggling to find meaning in your day to day life? Perhaps you are turning to quick fixes like the internet, drugs, alcohol, or gaming to isolate and shelter yourself from difficult situations and uncomfortable emotions. Are you ready to discover what is important and of value to you?

I provide solution-focused and acceptance commitment therapy-based approaches to all mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, gender dysphoria, addiction, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I am also trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy to help strengthen your relationship by improving the bond between you and your partner. I am certified as a ADHD service provider (ADHD-CCSP) and as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).

I believe in the importance of relationship, belonging, connection, and culture, and that by embracing all these aspects of the individual, we treat the whole person. My approach is non-judgmental, genuine, caring, and patient. I will work along side of you in your journey of self-acceptance and healing. You have the power to initiate change.

Individual (online or tele-counselling per 50 min)- $130 per session
