Announcing BCACC’s New Approved Clinical Supervisor Program
BCACC is excited to announce the launch of our Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) program, which will foster the upgrade of clinical supervision and consultation within the membership. It does so by creating a framework, criteria, and pathway to an amended designation exclusively for BCACC members: Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS).
How does it work and who can apply?
Recognizing that our members have developed their Clinical Supervision skills through a combination of professional experience and education, we have first developed a Legacy Application program which will run until January 2024. Our Legacy Application process provides applicants with a flexible review application that makes space for both formal training and practical experience.
As we continue to grow the culture of clinical supervision and consultation within the membership, BCACC will develop more structured training requirements for new Clinical Supervisors which will launch in 2024.
