About Carli

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (22005) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, holding a Masters in Counselling Psychology. My practice is centered on providing compassionate, expert guidance to individuals ranging from young children to adolescents, as well as families navigating life’s challenges together. I specialize in trauma, loss, grief, and recovery, helping clients reclaim a sense of resilience, strength, and emotional well-being.

Whether you are seeking support for a personal crisis, working through past trauma, or navigating complex family dynamics, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and healing. My therapeutic approach integrates traditional in-person sessions, online therapy, and outdoor counselling to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

I believe in empowering clients to reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the world around them, fostering long-term healing and personal growth. My passion for community wellness and child therapy drives my work, and I am here to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and strength.
