About Stephanie
Stephanie works through a strengths-based lens, and practices with authenticity and compassion that allows her to support flexible, personalized, and evidence-based treatments. Stephanie’s focus is to create a safe and trusting environment that welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds.
Stephanie supports clients in navigating a range of presenting challenges, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, controlling behaviours (including disordered eating), and overall stress. In addition, experience working with spouses of First Responders and frontline workers. Further interests are centered around reproductive health, and the mental health aspects of the peri- and post-menopausal period. Stephanie is experienced in applying trauma-oriented modalities and collaborates with clients to achieve clarity, confidence, and overall healing.
Stephanie holds professional registration with both the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
