Matters of the Mind – Holiday Stress: Setting Boundaries You Can Live With

With winter holidays and events around the corner, we’re heading into a season of increased social activities. This can bring about feelings of joy & connection, but can also lead to stress around family dynamics and expectations.

But it does not need to be like that.

We invite you to join us in a Matters of the Mind presentation where Ashleigh Keizer, Registered Clinical Counsellor, talks about healthy boundaries during the holidays.

Who is this event for?

This event is open to everyone!

We will explore:

• what boundaries are,
• who they are for
• and why they are healthy.

We’ll explore some myths around setting boundaries for yourself and how to manage emotions. We’ll also look at implementing and thriving with healthy boundaries.

Attendance information:

This event is offered online through Zoom.

Community in Connection – Approved Clinical Supervisors

Practicing in isolation can be hard and finding a supportive community of colleagues can be difficult, especially when you are trying to balance work, busy practices, and life.

BCACC is here to help.

BCACC already offers online forums for communities in eConnect, and we encourage you to join any of those groups that are relevant for you, for peer support and networking.

But this new offering takes those a step further by offering a virtual Zoom-discussion space to meet one another and connect.

This is your opportunity to connect with fellow RCC-ACS for meaningful conversations and support.
