BounceBack is a free program from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that helps adults and youth manage mental health issues: low mood\, mild to moderate depression\, anxiety\, stress\, and worry.  \nRegister Now\nKey features of the program: \n\nCoaching: Clients can work with a trained coach through up to six telephone sessions over three to six months. The coach can help your client develop new skills\, stay motivated\, answer questions\, and monitor how they’re doing. \nMaterials: Clients can choose from 20 workbooks for adults and 9 booklets for youth. The materials are adaptable and flexible to meet your client’s specific needs. \nNo Waitlist: Clients can access telephone coaching within 5 days\, ensuring timely support without delay.\nMultilingual Services: Coaching is available in English\, French\, Mandarin\, and Cantonese\, making it accessible to a diverse clientele.
