Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) is rooted in the wisdom and work of world-renowned psychotherapist Virginia Satir. The Level 1 STST program provides:
- Practical skills for facilitating deep, transformational change with clients.
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Ways to expand internal resources and develop congruent client connections.
STST integrates evidence-based experiential therapy with a systemic, positively directional, and change-focused approach, leading to neurological transformation.
Counsellors and therapists will learn to:
- Utilize experiential processes to access healing Life Energy.
- Facilitate change in clients’ intrapsychic and relational systems.
- Establish safety and connect with clients’ internal experiences.
- Identify and transform survival communication and coping patterns.
- Set positively directional therapeutic goals.
- Help clients access and strengthen internal resources.
- Map internal processes and guide behavioural, emotional, and perceptual change.
- Support clients in integrating and maintaining transformational change.
