I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard, seen, cared for, and understood. There?s something special about the feeling that someone else gets you from your perspective and cultural background.
Therefore I offer a confidential, creative and culturally sensitive approach to counselling, while honouring and acknowledging your experiences in order to work with you to promote healing, personal enhancement, self-empowerment, and growth.?
Although I am familiar with a number of therapeutic approaches, each person?s counselling sessions are tailored to the individual and will therefore be distinctive to your own context and life experiences.? This makes the therapeutic experience a human experience.
