Since 2016 I have had the privilege of working with Highly Sensitive Women to step out of shame/critical mindsets in order to fall in love with themselves. I have also had the privilege of working with many beautiful souls that want to learn more about their HSP partners, children, and loved ones.

My clients normally show up completely overwhelmed and feeling that the world is too fast, too noisy, too chaotic but worst of all it is filled with assholes lacking compassion. They usually struggle with non-reciprocal relationships and setting boundaries. It is not uncommon for my clients to be astonished at how someone has treated them or the general state of the world. They are filled with feelings of anxiety and worry about the fact that they can’t keep up with everyone else. They need so much more rest and so much more time to process through the events of a day. At the core, they worry that something must be very wrong with them because they can’t cope like other people.

I am a trauma informed therapist, coach, and educator. I work with Introverted Highly Sensitive Women struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, and relationships that don’t serve them. I work from a trauma informed, strengths based perspective, using modalities such as EMDR and narrative therapy. I like to blend somatic and cognitive approaches.

My greatest joy is to help people tune in to their own fulfillment, joy, and deep appreciation of their inner wisdom and beauty. As a Therapist and a Coach, I am deeply supportive of you achieving your biggest, wildest dreams.
