About Kira
Kira holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of British Columbia and is a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and BC Association of Social Workers. Kira has worked as a Child and Youth Mental Health clinician for the Ministry of Children and Family Development as well as a Social Worker for the School District #59. Kira alongside Angela Reay founded Haven Family Services in Dawson Creek which specializes in services to children, youth, adults and their families. Kira is certified in numerous therapeutic therapies and is comfortable to provide counselling to all ages. Kira provides counselling face to face, telephone or webcam. Kira provides a safe environment to help others acquire skills, tools and insights to life’s challenges.
