About Mary Trisha
I invite you to connect with yourself through counselling. Sometimes, life can be so painful that we do our best to shut things away to make it through the next little while. We disconnect from ourselves because, in a way, it is adaptive. We power through work, school and social functions if we shut our feelings away. However, pushing our feelings away is a temporary solution and that pain continues to wiggle through, finding a way to the surface once again.
Counselling can help you connect with yourself again so you can identify and attend to your own needs. Counselling is generally a collaborative process grounded in dialogue to help sort through life hurdles. Counselling can serve as a space for self-exploration, developing new perspectives, examining maladaptive patterns developed in your formative years or gain further insights. I hope this space inspires you to build the foundation you need for personal transformations.
