About Yvette
If you are looking for that “safe place” to share without judgment or criticism, look no further. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to open up to someone about life’s most private issues and challenges – as well as how much relief and peace can come after doing so. Whether you desire to quickly resolve a current issue or obstacle, or hope to identify and overcome some deeper, longer-standing issues that are preventing a full and satisfying life, together we can help you get there with YOU as expert of your own life!
For over 20 years, I have been providing culturally-sensitive individual, couple, and family therapy to men and women, from youth to elderly. I have experience with issues ranging from daily stressors to recent or historical trauma.
With great passion for more than two decades, I have had the privilege of supporting the Original Peoples of Turtle Island, including extensive experience working with Residential School and 60s Scoop Survivors, as well as intergenerational family members. I am a First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Approved Therapist. My experience includes diverse populations both apart from as well as within this community.
