About Sarah

Sarah Pullman is the clinical director at Bodymind Counselling. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor since 2012 with over a decade of experience in private practice.

Sarah’s style is warm, collaborative, and sometimes irreverent. She has extensive training and experience in working with trauma. In addition, she has supported many individuals through relationship challenges, sexual orientation and gender identity issues, new parenthood, the transition to adulthood, and deconstructing/recovering from religious fundamentalism.

She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology with a Somatic Specialization from John F Kennedy University, and is a Level 3 AEDP therapist.

Additionally, she is a trained provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol, and also provides attachment-oriented infant sleep support for parents looking for alternatives to sleep training.

Sarah supervises student counsellors who are available for reduced fee counselling at Bodymind Counselling.
