About Lindsey

I offer a down-to-earth, real and compassionate approach with a sprinkle of humour. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) passionate about helping young adults and adults, by providing in-person counselling (in Kelowna) and virtual counselling across BC. Most of my practice focuses on helping adults (19+) with the following: self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, people pleasing, setting boundaries, perfectionism and procrastination, coping with severe exhaustion or burnout, feeling lost or unsure about the future, making big life decisions, and grief and loss.

My approach is based on the values of trust, authenticity, compassion and collaboration. I take a client-centred approach where we work collaboratively to make therapy work for you and your unique needs and goals. I provide a safe space where you can be yourself – unfiltered without judgment.

I recognize that it can be helpful to know who you are sitting with when sharing intimate pieces of yourself and your life. I seek my own therapy on an ongoing basis and value the experience of being on both sides of the couch. I also have lived experience with grief and loss.
