Sue is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She brings compassion, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed lens to her sessions. She offers a variety of therapeutic methods including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sue has extensive experience working from a body-based approach, with specialization in Somatic Modalities including Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Relational Somatic Therapy.

Sue’s professional background provide for her ability to work with a spectrum of clients, from regular day-to-day whole person wellness, life’s transitions and changes, to complex trauma. She offers individual sessions online / phone and in-person, at her downtown Vancouver office.

Sue is passionate about helping people recover from a state of stuckness, numbness or burnout, and helping to reinstall a state of wellness, hope, resilience and clarity. Sue offers 20-minute initial consultation at no charge.
