THERAPIST BIO
I’m Zoe, a masters-level clinical counsellor (RCC), and certified Canadian counsellor (CCC). Over the past decades, I am fortunate to have lived in Asia, Vancouver, and Western Arctic Canada, gaining deep appreciation for our diversity and humanity. Life is an adventure, delightful and messy. My bumps on the road include cancer, relationship trauma and marginalization. As a BIPOC person and multidisciplinary artist, I learnt to navigate life’s ups and downs with humour and creativity. Today I am happy to offer tools for self-love, healing, and resilience.

My therapeutic focus includes anxiety, trauma, relationships, family, and sexuality. I welcome working with all adult populations, and am passionate about BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and intersectionality issues.

I offer a blend of holistic and evidence-based customized to honour your unique needs. These include trauma-informed somatic therapy, mindfulness self-compassion, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am happy explain more and to answer any questions with a free consultation. I look forward to being part of your self-discovery adventure.
