About Tara

I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, codependency, addiction, body image issues, family and parenting difficulties, self-harm, and eating disorders. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve improved emotional well-being and overall life satisfaction.
My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based and solution-focused therapy. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors openly and without judgment.
I provide counselling services for individuals of all ages, and have extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults. I am committed to promoting growth, resilience, and positive change across the lifespan.
