Amie Anderson and Associates Counselling Group is a team of seasoned, trauma-informed counsellors and therapists who have honed their skills and expertise working in public health settings in Vancouver, BC (the unceded territories of the Musquem, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations). We offer virtual/online counselling as well as some in-person appointments at our Hastings-Sunrise office in East Vancouver. Many of us have worked together for more than a decade and feel confident we can provide you helpful support and strategies in an authentic and easy to connect with way. We serve teens, young adults, individuals, families and couples across BC using a range of practices such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, EFT and other attachment-based modalities. Fees range from $50 (Masters Student Intern) – $150 (Senior Therapist).

We help support:

-Stress at school, work or home.
-Anxiety surrounding relationships, future prospects, life transitions.
-Histories of trauma or adverse childhood events.
-Families struggling with conflict at home, relationship rupture and/or estrangement.
-Mental health diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD.
-Self-harm, eating disorders and self-esteem issues.
-Intimate relationship conflict and disconnection.
-Caregivers struggling to support loved ones with addiction or mental health disorders.
