About Darcy

Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot, often without much support. They’ve spent so much time holding it together for everyone else that they’ve lost their sense of calm or connection. Whether you’re feeling worn down by parenting, struggling in your relationship, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating, therapy can help you sort through what’s going on and find a different way forward.

I support adults and couples who want to feel more grounded and at ease in their daily lives. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and build new ways of responding that feel more manageable and meaningful. My work is influenced by emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and a collaborative, strength-based approach.

As the founder of Harbour Family Counselling, I also lead a team of therapists who support children, teens, and parents. This allows us to offer coordinated care when families need support across different ages and stages. Whether you’re seeking individual counselling, couples therapy, or support for your child, we’re here to help your family feel more connected and supported.
