About Devon
Hi, I?m Devon Silvers, M.A, R.C.C, and I have been working in forensic psychiatry for approximately 18 years. Currently I hold the position of Clinical Coordinator of Health & Wellness Counselling Department. I have extensive trauma experience / training, and am the Forensic Hospital CISM team leader after serving on the CISM team since 2011. I am a member of the Canadian Critical Incidence Stress Foundation. I also provide services to victims of crime through the Vancouver Police Department Victim Services Department within private practice. I am a certified Psychological First Aid instructor and teach throughout BC for Disaster PsychoSocial Services. I have a passion for workplace mental health, and lead wellness initiatives in the workplace. Currently I see clients on weekend and weeknights. Please see my website for more details.
