About Erica

As a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I have a passion and love for supporting individuals with helpful, ethical, and sincere therapy, allowing them to gain the necessary tools and resources for their mental health to flourish. Creating a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for clients to open up and express their thoughts and emotions is paramount, integrating into my core values and beliefs as a counsellor, allowing me to uphold the client’s autonomy and well-being, and encouraging their therapeutic journey. It is my goal to further serve individuals of all ages in need of individual, couples/marriage, and child/family therapy, providing emotional support and guidance. My theoretical orientation includes solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and person-centred therapy.
