I focus on helping my clients understand their unique life stories and challenges and discover their strengths so that they can feel better about themselves and their lives. Healing and growth are holistic (emotional, physical, spiritual and mental) I provide a nonjudgmental, confidential, safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, behaviours and feelings and help them achieve their unique goals.
