About Jessica
Making changes in your life isn’t always easy. I provide a safe space for you to explore and discover what motivates you. My approach is client-centred, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. And I’m very comfortable talking about anything. I’ve been told I’m relatable, and bring warmth, humour, and authenticity to my sessions. I’d love to work with you to create goals to improve your life, and then build a roadmap to achieve them. Empathy and unconditional positive regard is my motto.
I have been successful in assisting youth, families and adults with a variety of issues including substance misuse, developmental/learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, bipolar, BPD, FASD, ADHD, and ASD. I completed my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
