About Jessica

Jessica Willis, MA, RCC is the Founder of Yaletown Counselling and a seasoned clinician who specializes in relationship counselling—both the relationship we have with others and the one we hold with ourselves.

With over a decade of experience, Jessica supports individuals, couples, and families through the emotional challenges that come with being human: anxiety and stress, grief, trauma, disconnection, parenting struggles, life transitions, and relationship breakdowns. Her clients often come to her seeking clarity, healing, and a more grounded sense of self in their most important relationships.

Jessica uses an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each unique individual and family system. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins in relationship—when we feel safe, seen, and supported, growth becomes possible. Whether helping a couple rebuild trust, guiding a parent toward self-compassion, or supporting someone in finding their voice, Jessica offers a space that is thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply attuned.

At the heart of her practice is a simple but powerful truth: the relationship you build with yourself sets the tone for every other connection in your life.
