About Julia

At Peak Experience Counselling we are a collective of counsellors working with individual adult, youth, couples, families and offer group therapy. We have two homes; One home is in beautiful Squamish and the other in the vibrant Mount Pleasant community on Main Street in Vancouver.

Everyone is welcome and we do our best to provide opportunity for everyone to connect with a counsellor that is a best fit for personality and need.

As an owner of the business and counsellor I value providing a safe, inviting, curious and warm space for counsellors and clients to enjoy and thrive in.

As we navigate the situation with COVID-19 together, we want to be communicative with our operating procedures. In adherence with the recommendation from the provincial?medical health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry and Worksafe BC, we have put in place procedures to ensure safe in person counselling. We are also continuing to offer secure video or phone sessions if you are unable or feel more comfortable with remote sessions.?Our safety plan and procedures are posted on our website, in our offices and will be emailed out to you, with a screening questionnaire and consent, when you book an in person session.

E-counselling is proven to be effective and meaningful and an excellent alternative to in-person counselling. These services can also be booked online through our website.
