Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, PhD, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with specialized expertise in trauma-informed care, concussion rehabilitation, and evidence-based mental health treatment. She brings a strong clinical background supported by a doctorate in Psychology, extensive therapeutic training, and years of experience working with diverse client populations.
Dr. Kaur provides individualized support for clients experiencing challenges related to concussion/mTBI, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Her practice integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness‑based interventions, motivational interviewing, solution‑focused therapy, strength‑based approaches, and mind‑body techniques.
From May 2024 to October 2025, Dr. Kaur served as the Team Lead of the Counselling Team at iScope Concussion and Pain Clinics, where she supervised clinical services, guided counsellors, and ensured consistent delivery of high‑quality, client‑centered care within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Dr. Kaur creates a safe and empowering environment where clients feel supported, understood, and actively engaged in their healing process.
