About Laura
Painful experiences cause us to lose connection with ourselves and others. Those who remember life before the pain desire to regain this sense of connection; others long to feel connected for the first time. I assist clients in finding a safe, stable place out of which they can regain connection.
I establish a safe and supportive environment as I assist individuals in reclaiming or recreating parts of themselves that may have been lost as a result of traumatic experiences. I incorporate a variety of expressive and experiential modalities to help process pain that may be difficult to express in words.
