Foreign Medical school education, Bachelor’s equivalent (assessed by Int. Credential Evaluation System)

Training and experiences:
Extensive clinical experiences and training in assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment of mental health challenges, mood and anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation and sleep difficulties. Strong background in physiological and biological sciences and psychological research.
Trained in evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Enhanced Motivational Interviewing. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Emotional Focused Therapy.
Multiculturally competent with genuine curiosity and desire to help clients get through difficult times, learn long-lasting coping strategies and maintain mental health.

Sessions are conducted via a secure and confidential tele-health platform.

My goal as a clinical supervisor is to empower counselors and therapists develop sharper assessment skills, establish an authentic and effective therapeutic rapport with clients, achieve better client outcomes and in turn enjoy a rewarding counseling career.
