Lynette operates a private practice in Campbell River, welcoming clients of all ages, with a special focus on children and youth. She has experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, relational conflict, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and grief and loss. Lynette’s therapeutic approach is client-centred, integrating Narrative, Solution-Focussed, Attachment, and Acceptance and Commitment theories, to provide tailored support to a client’s unique journey. Central to her practice is the belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, which she nurtures with warmth, empathy and unconditional acceptance.
