About Marcus
Marcus has a background in Exercise Kinesiology, Holistic Wellness including Spirituality and Mindfulness Practices, Coaching individuals with Disabilities, and Safer Sex Promotion. He approaches psychotherapy from a Humanistic, Anti-Oppressive, Trauma-Informed perspective. He is passionate about creating a safe space to support a diverse population of clients of all sexualities, ethnicities, and backgrounds. His ultimate goal is to help clients live their most fulfilling, value-actualized lives despite the stressors of everyday life. He practices psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioural and emotion-focussed therapies integrated an IFS model of the mind and its attachment systems.
