About Megan
Do you wake up in the morning and the first thing you feel is your anxiety creeping in? Do you feel like you have tried everything and you’re losing hope? Are you often triggered emotionally and feel as though you lose control?
My approach to therapy is always rooted in compassion and genuine curiosity. I have a mindful and gentle presence, which guides my considerate sensitivity and attunement to my clients. Together we can cultivate unique goals and illuminate your wellness path through exploring, connecting, healing, and harnessing strengths.
I have specialized training in polyvagal theory which informs my particular interest in our connection to our bodies and our nervous systems. It is my belief that together we can befriend your body and help you to move forward and improve your quality of daily life.
I have over 8 years’ experience working with children, youth, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges. I also have a background in working with neurodiversity and traumatic brain injuries. In my work with families, I have primarily focused on parenting strategies that complement therapeutic goals for children and youth.
I would be truly honoured to share this part of your journey with you.
