-Chronic stress and anxiety, state-of-the-world anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burn out and depression
– Childhood and intergenerational trauma, PTSD, sexualized violence and medical trauma
– Relationship difficulties (family of origin or family of creation)
– Codependency, self-nurturance deficit, damaging relationship patterns, unexpressed or unidentified boundaries and needs
– Narcissistic abuse, attachment anxiety, push-pull dynamics
– Adoptee and birth mother trauma
– Pre and post-natal mental health, traumatic labour and delivery, parenting support, healing intergenerational patterns
– Grief and loss, life transitions and changes, including retirement existential concerns, lack of life satisfaction and purpose
