I am located in Terrace, BC and I’m currently welcoming new clients. Supporting kids and parents through life’s ups and downs is something I truly care about. I understand how challenging and rewarding it can be to navigate children’s mental health, especially when they’re exploring different ways of understanding themselves.

My focus is on creating a warm, relaxed space where your child feels safe to express their feelings and ideas. I love working with kids aged 8 and up, especially those who might be exploring ADHD and/or ASD. Whether your child is facing worries, struggles with anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, or just needs a little extra support, I’m here.
