About Paige
I’m a counsellor and former psychiatric nurse who has spent over a decade helping people move through crisis, trauma, and major life changes. My approach is honest, compassionate, and human. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be real, laugh when we can, and learn to meet ourselves with understanding instead of judgment.
I work most often with trauma survivors, healthcare professionals, and students in helping fields. Together we explore what’s keeping you stuck and build tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and understood in our work, and that sessions feel both gentle and practical.
I use a mix of Somatic Experiencing, Shame & Trauma–Informed work, and Positive Psychology to help clients strengthen self-compassion and reconnect with what makes life meaningful.
Outside of counselling, I speak on topics like burnout, laughter, and resilience in healthcare. I’m also the founder of Another Chapter Counselling and Embracing Joys, a community focused on healing through humour, humanity, and hope.
If you’re looking for a counsellor who is down-to-earth, caring, and committed to your growth, I’d love to connect.
