About Pamela
Northshore CBT offers a multidisciplinary approach for children, youth and adults. Pam Quenville offers -individual counselling for adololescents who are struggling within the family, school and community. Pam does multi-generational family counselling, emotional coaching for parents and children and parent -teen mediation. She will see children 12 and under within the context of their family and provide parenting help to increase communication, understanding and an improved home environment. Pam also works with parents and their adult children who are challenged with creating healthy boundaries, and developing independence and better communication to help strengthen adult:adult relationships. Pam works with young and older adults to understand and cope with life transitions such as school graduation, leaving home, divorce, loss, retirement and caretaking elderly relatives. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, grief counselling, family counselling, mediation and collaborative divorce counselling.
