I am a registered clinical counsellor (BCACC membership) with a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology. I offer a person-centered, strength-based approach to my work with clients. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I offer a professional, safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their struggles, worries, and adversities. We work together to help you learn strategies and coping skills, identify your thought and behaviour patterns, set goals and make lasting changes towards a fulfilling and balanced life.

I was a secondary English teacher before completing my RCC and becoming a school counsellor. My previous experience is with adolescents and youth, specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and anger management, and youth-at-risk.
