About Sarah
Sarah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
Sarah has worked in the field of Mental Health and Addiction Services for over 15 years and as a Clinical Counsellor for over 10. Sarah has been working primarily in remote Northern Communities and is familiar with the challenges that living in the North face. She believes in meeting each individual where they are at and adapting services to the needs of each individual client.
Sarah emphasizes a client-centered, trauma informed approach. Some areas of specialization include Anxiety, Depression, Substance Misuse, Trauma, Grief and Loss, and Stress and Coping.
