About Teresa
In Person and Online Counselling by Teresa Moseley, MSCC, RCC. Specializing in counselling for Teens and Adults with neurological disorders (ADHD/Autism & individuals with Epilepsy are at the heart of my practice). I also work with caregivers and individuals coping with chronic illness and pain, depression, and anxiety. My approach stems from my personal experience with Epilepsy & ADHD; and is collaborative, relational, and insight orientated; utilizing evidence-based practices including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, as well as Narrative Therapy.
