Learn how nature in play therapy can help children of various ages work with their grief process and the grief process from the perspective of the developmental stages and the polyvagal theory (safety).  Learn how to bring in cues of safety through nature which can help regulate the client and widen their window of tolerance.

 This workshop will help you develop the ability to be with children in their grief process, and help children move towards healing with nature based interventions.  Learn psychoeducation information and common misconceptions about grief to help caregivers support children. Experiential play therapy activities, case examples, and interventions of bringing nature indoors or outdoors will be a part of this training.
