About Fraser
My practice includes assisting clients of all ages to process mental health challenges including: trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, process/substance use dependencies, learning disabilities, relationships and PTSD. As one who has successfully recovered from substance use dependency, I recognize the difficulties associated with processing emotions that contribute to the origins of fear, sorrow and loss of connection. In my practice I use: spirituality, CBT, DBT, existential therapy, logotherapy, traditional native practices, meditation, EMDR and motivational interviewing. As well, I do not tolerate discrimination in race, religion, nationality, culture, sexual orientation and identity or veteran status. Simply put, diversity of giving care allows better care for diverse client populations.
My mottos are: “Never give up” and “We can all help each other.”
