I work as a reflective systemic RCC-ACS Supervisor, helping clinicians develop important counselling skills to better understand themselves and support their clients.

I use a Common Factors approach, combining roles like Coach, Teacher, Mentor, and Administrator, adjusting based on the clinician’s experience and needs. This style helps you recognize your unique counselling strengths and areas to improve, so you can serve your clients better. I also use the Person-of-the-Therapist Model, encouraging clinicians to bring their true selves into therapy to connect more deeply with clients and meet therapy goals.

The main aims are self-awareness, understanding your emotions and values, and choosing how to use yourself effectively in therapy. Supervision is a collaborative process that supports both your growth as a clinician and the best outcomes for your clients.
