Armaghan holds a master’s degree in developmental psychology and specializes in providing support to individuals, specifically children, adolescents, and young adults, who are facing challenges related to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach centers around fostering a stronger connection between clients’ hearts and brains to encourage self-compassion and self-awareness, ultimately facilitating effective problem-solving.
In her practice, Armaghan skillfully integrates various therapeutic techniques, including Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family System Therapy (IFT).
