I practice from a client centered, relational, and trauma informed perspective to address how our negative past experiences and the thoughts we have about them can become roadblocks to a happy and productive life. All political, social, cultural and personal perspectives are welcome and important to recognize how the outside world impacts the individual person and thus cannot be ignored in the therapeutic space.

Personally, I am an introverted, deep feeling and intuitive person, and this reflects in my clinical work with the clients I am able to work with. I have spent many years specializing in complex trauma and all of the symptoms that correspond to relational wounding that often stem from childhood and family of origin sources.
