About Kirsten

Hello and welcome!

Hello and welcome! I’m currently accepting new clients and work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, low self-worth, grief and loss, infertility, unexpected childlessness, and other life challenges. I’m genuinely invested in each person’s story and experiences and want to ensure you feel heard, seen, and understood. Together, we build coping and grounding skills, explore balance, heal negative core beliefs, support nervous system regulation, and cultivate self-confidence, empowerment, and joy. Witnessing clients gain new perspectives and make aligned, empowered choices is the most rewarding part of my work.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR and Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy with mindfulness, CBT, solution focused and strength based approaches. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change with compassion and clarity.

It’s important to me that you feel safe and supported in sharing topics that may feel difficult or vulnerable. I believe everyone deserves to feel respected, empowered, and hopeful about seeking support. While we can’t change the past, we can change the impact those experiences have on us and create space for healing, self-compassion, and growth.
