Hello and welcome!

I’m currently accepting new clients and work with adults navigating grief and the complexities of fertility challenges, including miscarriage, IVF, infertility, and unexpected childlessness, as well as anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, low self-worth, and other difficult life transitions. I know that life can sometimes look very different from what we imagined, and that finding your way through these experiences can feel overwhelming, lonely, or uncertain. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, without judgment or pressure to “move on.”

My approach is warm, collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, attachment-based and somatic approaches, along with mindfulness, cognitive, solution-focused, and strength-based therapies. Together, we can work to understand the experiences that have shaped you, process what feels stuck, develop grounding and coping skills, support nervous system regulation, and gently shift negative core beliefs and patterns that may no longer serve you.

I believe healing isn’t about erasing the past or simply returning to who you were before. It’s about creating greater choice, self-compassion, confidence, and connection with who you are now. Whether you’re navigating a painful loss, a major life transition, anxiety or burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we’ll work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

It’s important to me that you feel respected, empowered, and supported throughout the counselling process. I feel privileged to witness clients develop new perspectives, reconnect with themselves, and begin making choices that feel more aligned with the life they want to create.
