About Dania

You’ve spent years trying to be understood, holding it together, pushing through, only to feel burned out and disconnected from who you are. Maybe you’re only recently realizing you’re neurodivergent. Or maybe you’ve known for a while, but still find yourself masking, overthinking, or unsure how to ask for what you need. If you’re also queer, BIPOC, or grew up with trauma, that disconnection can feel even deeper. I help adults with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD make sense of the protective patterns they learned to survive and reconnect with their feelings, needs, and sense of self.

You might feel stuck in shutdown, people-pleasing, or burnout – but it doesn’t have to stay that way. We’ll work together to rebuild trust in your feelings, voice, and needs. I help clients gently shift old survival patterns so you can rest, speak up, and show up fully as yourself – even when it feels hard.

Therapy with me is warm, real, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again – not the version you’ve felt pressured to perform. I’m a neurodivergent, queer, mixed race therapist with 14 years of clinical experience, committed to decolonial, neurodivergent-affirming care. I offer a free 15-min consult – no pressure, just a chance to connect.
