Madeleine welcomes the opportunity to work with you, to bring about the change you want to see in your life.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to help you move past trauma and pain. I work with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help you discover your internalized negative beliefs and habits, and help you create more adaptive positive beliefs. I help you resolve any issues you may be facing, and I make sure you get the coping tools you need to move forward with your life.
I work with a variety of other techniques and modalities, and customize my approach to your needs. I use practical tools that are emailed to you after our session for your reference that provide you with the ability to review and practice new skills and ways of thinking. I have trained with the best of the industry leaders in my field because I believe it is my job to provide you with the most up to date, effective techniques available, so you get the help and results you deserve.
I believe we work as team to enable you to get the help, healing, growth and change you want to see for yourself. Take a look at my website and message me for a free consultation.
