I provide individual, in-person counselling to adults ages 19+. My office is located in Summerland, BC – serving clients from Summerland, Penticton, and surrounding areas.

I completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and have 15+ years of experience working in the counselling and mental health fields.

Areas of focus include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Perinatal mood concerns, Life changes/adjustments, Substance use concerns

I use a client-centred approach to counselling, tailoring the sessions to best suit the individual needs of each client. I utilize a variety of evidence based counselling modalities in my approach including, but not limited to: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based approaches.
