I help ordinary human beings overcome everyday struggles in order to live more rich and meaningful lives. My approach is warm and collaborative. I don’t just exist to have a nice talk with you – I want to help you make lasting changes in your life!
I love helping folks with relationship stress, food obsession/diet mentality, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-confidence, life transitions, and grief and loss. I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
