About Ola

My clients are diverse from all walks of life. I work with individuals, couples and families to support them during their transition from chaos and pain to order, contentment and creativity. I specialize in trauma therapy and relationships counselling. I am experienced in marital dispute, conflict resolution, domestic violence and intimate relationships unresolved issues. I have extensive training in EMDR, Attachment theory, Systemic Transformational Therapy, AEDP and EFT. I also incorporate somatic and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
I practice from an anti-oppression client centred approach. I believe in my clients’ ability to bounce back and transform their lives. I hold hope for them and walk alongside them towards the light of clarity and authenticity.
Besides private coverage and various insurance companies, I work with clients referred by ICBC WorkSafe and Crime Victims.
I provide services in English and/or Arabic.
