About Kelli
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Does it feel like it takes too much energy to just get out of bed? Do you want to feel you have more control of your life? For the past 15 years I have supported Indigenous and non-Indigenous children, youth and adults with issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, sexuality, social struggles, and trauma related to residential schools. I am passionate about helping you overcome obstacles to the success in life that you want and deserve. I believe that healing is a holistic journey that takes all aspects of your life into account, and doesn’t focus on only one part or symptom.
I have supported individuals and their families to build success in their school, home, professional and personal lives through self-awareness, self-confidence, building on individual strengths, and strengthening the family dynamic. I use hypnotherapy to support this work, as well as for anxiety, trauma, and substance related issues. Life can be better!
I am Cree Metis, grew up in the Kootenay-Boundary area, and moved to Vernon 20+ years ago. I am caring and empathetic, and invested in supporting you on your healing journey. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling from Yorkville University, and I am a certified Hypnotherapist.
